NvrMiss is operated by Pulsar LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use NvrMiss.

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact data (name, email, phone).
  • Chat messages and conversation metadata.
  • Client operational data (configuration and routing).
  • Booking data and synced appointment status.

3. How We Use Data

  • Respond to inquiries and capture leads.
  • Offer and confirm appointments through conversational flow.
  • Sync bookings, cancellations, and reschedules with connected providers.
  • Security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

4. Google User Data Disclosure

When a clinic connects Google Calendar via OAuth, NvrMiss accesses and uses Google data only for booking functionality.

What we access and use:

  • Calendar list data to sync configurable resources.
  • Free/busy availability data to propose real slots.
  • Event creation, update, or cancellation when a user books or reschedules.
  • Webhook notifications to keep booking state synchronized.

What we store:

  • OAuth tokens encrypted at rest.
  • Minimal resource and booking metadata required for operations and audit.

What we do not do:

  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google user data to train public AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with infrastructure/processing providers needed to run NvrMiss, or when required by law.

6. Security and Retention

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
  • Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
  • We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

NvrMiss's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the applicable Limited Use requirements.

8. In-Product Privacy Notifications

NvrMiss displays privacy notices inside the interface (for example, in chat and integration settings) so users and clinics can understand data usage and where to read this policy.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
